You're already taking quetiapine (Seroquel) which is a strong anti-histamine, so I'm thinking other anti-histamines wouldn't help. However, if you want to try, I suggest cyproheptadine (Periactin).
You can also try zolpidem or zopiclone. I have the understanding that they are less addictive than benzodiazepines. They probably don't have much of an effect on the cardiovascular system, though, but then again, neither do anti-histamines.
