Could i add Clomipramine to my regimen?

Hey you babblers,

could i add this drug speaking serotonine syndrome and QT Interval? Maybe in a low dosage that doesnt cause sexual dysfunction?

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 75mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
8333 IU Vitamin D3
Orthomolecular
