Clonazepam would likely not increase your heart rate.

Seroquel *could* increase your heart rate (in theory). A metabolite is a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, which can increase norepinephrine levels.

However, you are only taking a small dose, so I'm not sure this would be the culprit.

If you don't exercise, you might consider starting an exercise program (perhaps with doctor support). Regular exercise can lower your resting heart rate.

A beta blocker is likely not a bad idea.
