Psychotherapy (or a support group) would prob be most helpful but yea in the meantime I really want to +feel+ better.

I wish my doctor would be willing to add a tricyclic. We had a least one discussions where he expressed a strong belief they are prone to triggering mania in bp1 though. This was as monotherapy so I highly doubt he'd considering WITH maplan.

I'll keep weighing my options. Just starting to feel a bit helpless...
