I was on Valproate many years ago and very briefly when first diagnosed with cyclothymia, but I only remember refusing to take it :) Silly girl.

Lyrica is incredibly helpful but is not always practical because, well, it can dope me up. Not good for driving...or thinking :) But yeah, smashes GAD.

Despite taking lamictal I'm experiencing some kind of break through anxiety, and I suppose, a little summer solstice activation..
