Effexor is not very effective for me either.
What has been really effective was Sertraline. Suicide thoughts gone the next day at a starting dosage. Enthusiasm to do things.
Unfortunately, akathisia was really bad.
Maybe Viibryd will be my Sertraline minus the akathisia.
