How long until Invega Sustenna side effects go?

I have stopped invega sustenna around 40 days ago and still experience sexual dysfunction... I am wondering what exactly is a "Half life" I know they say it takes 25-49 days for the half life but I have absolutely no idea what that means...

How long approximately could it take for me to return to a normal sexual function?

I also take Abilify 10mg now.
