I've tried Ketamine and TMS, along with most other psych meds, but to no avail. I've been thinking about switching to Nardil for months but I'm so fearful of the washout period, and also afraid to try an MAOI.

Only once did I have a tyramine reaction. I accidentally ate some pepperoni on a pizza. I was distracted at the time and wasn't thinking. Pizza, however, is safe to eat,as long as the mozzarella is processed and no parmesan has been added to the sauce. The original lists of dietary food restrictions encompassed foods that were actually safe. Try using Internet search engines to locate more modern MAOI diet lists.
Nardil is a remarkably efficacious drug. Side effects and dietary restrictions limit its use, however.
