If you need a stronger pain relelver than Tyeleno, and the antiinflamatories are out, then it would seem appropriate for you to have access to a tylenol/codeine compound for use when plain tylenol doesnt cut it.

If you arnt taking an SSRI type drug, you could get a script for tramadol, and take two tylenol and two tramadol for a strong analgesic combo that has very low potential for dependence
