Think Forgot Both Synthroid and Valium?

Don't know why as wake halfway through sleep to take synthroid and halve the valium and there they were sitting on counter on their bottle when woke up. I guess I just skip the doses right. Figures I do this with time change and just up. Surely messed up first day of time change. Phillipa
