To SLS: update

Dear Scott,

Hope all is well with you!!

I just wanted to give you an update on my med situation.

I've been on the reduced dose of lithium (300mg) for a few weeks now. Haven't experienced any depression problems, but I had an episode of dissociation/internal panic that really scared me. I was surprised to have that happen because that usually happens when I try to reduce Seroquel.

I thought those episodes were a function of anxiety/panic. Could it also happen from decreasing lithium? (or any other med that your body has been used to?)

I'm supposed to increase my anafranil dose in 5 days.
