Have you had vitamin D levels tested? Now researchers believe levels between 40 and 60 might be optimal. You should only need 4000 to 8000 i.u. in the form of D3 oil based soft gels to maintain optimal levels.

Freezing cold immersion therapy does several things including boosting levels of norepinephrine, which is the neurotransmitter targeted in many medications used to treat pain disorders. It will also greatly reduce inflammation. I wonder if there is a spa near you with poultice rooms and a cold water immersion pool?

I'm surprised you have not tried curcumin yet. What about boswellia. Both are fairly cheap if not in patented forms. Curcumin is good for so many things, it's like taking fish oil, it's hard to make an argument against taking it for most people. Sorry if it sounds like I'm bugging you. I am!!! : ) I know you are going to wait to try a few new things.

>Google, umm, let's see... No, yahoo group on LDN, lowdosenaldrexone. All one word, but spelled correctly.

Check out this site:

Hang in there!
