Maybe add an NMDA antagonist like memantine? Those are capable of keeping several serotonine and dopamine receptors sensitive. (Atleast i know they upregulate 5HT1A, D2, D3 and D4, and probably downregulate D1).
Either way, memantine has been used succesfully to keep tolerance down to amphetamine's and opiates (anecdotally) while i havent seen any reports regarding MAOI tolerance, it may be worth a try considering memantine's low side effect profile and lack of tolerance.
Memantine has been shown to be effective for OCD, GAD and depression (altough a small trial) so it may also augment any other benefits the nardil gives you.
Personally memantine helped me alot with OCD, so i would just recommend it for that alone.Hope this helps.
