I think nervous breakdowns was basically a major depressive episode. This is not really a currently accepted medical term. Maybe it had been at one time.
Post-SSRI syndrome: iatrogenic anhedonia, memory and concentration problems, sexual dysfunction. [NOTE no sadness or anxiety]
Location:USA
Currently taking 25mg Lamictal.
