counteracting cardiovascular

Doing great on sertraline and nortriptyline 50/50.
No side effects at all except faster heart rate (from nortrip.) I like to excercise alot and was wondering if anyone had suggestions to counteract these effects. Would a beta blocker work? Or maybe bethenechol?
