What's more addictive: Ativan or Xanax?

The benzodiazepines give me significant relief from GAD and insomnia. But which of the above are less likely to get me addicted?
Important background: I'm an alcoholic who quit drinking 14 years ago at age 30. My Dx is major depression, GAD and ADHD.
Ativan works fast; Xanax takes longer and seems to be stronger, but also seems to be making me real tired the next day. (Also taking Cymbalta 15 mgs; Wellbutrin XR 150 mgs; Dexedrine XR 30 mgs; Ambien 10 mgs.)
