Anxiety stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, which makes your heart rate and blood pressure rise, slows down your intestinal tract and basically puts you in fight or flight mode. It's an actual physical reaction, so no wonder you have all these physical symptoms.

I don't know what meds would work at this point if benzos and anti-psychotics have been tried and failed. (both risperdal and seroquel lessened anxeity and panic attacks for me). But it might help to tell yourself that this is just your sympathetic nervous system in over-drive. You're not actually dying. It will pass.
