There is good evidence that regular exercise is great for ADHD. See here an article:

Have you considered some therapy? I do therapy and I feel that it can specially help with anxiety problems. It helps thinking in a more realistic way. Plus, you might grow a lot as a person over time.
What you're going through in your house might be really tough. Sometimes we need someone we can trust (an impartial one - a good therapist) to help us figuring things out and building ourselves stronger over time. Our chances to succeed are limited when we try to overcome this sort of things alone.
So if you need company to jog, just invite me ;)
