Zoloft and Paxil seem to be the "strongest". I think Prozac is the "weakest". Celexa, Lexapro, and Luvox are somewhere in the "middle".

These represent the binding affinity (dissociation constant) of the drug to the receptor on the 5-HT transporter. They do not represent effectiveness. Prozac, being weaker than Luvox, is still, in my opinion, a more potent drug to treat depressive disorders. Luvox is, however, the most efficacious for treating OCD. In vitro binding affinities alone must therefore not be the whole story as to how these drugs work.
