Not to sound dense here (it's after 1am and i'm tired)...um:

"Since ondansetron completely reversed the effects of clorgyline on DA neuronal activity, the effects of MAOA inhibition appeared to be mediated by 5-HT3 receptors."

Youre saying that adding memantine or ondansetron or another compound that antagonizes 5-ht3 (blocks 5ht3) will reverse some of the DA attenuation caused by prolonged use of a MAOI?

Also...Can you tell me what memantine does for you...like does it bring back a lost effect you had on parnate?
