>i think the h5t2a antagonism is a good idea, especially if you're going to be on an antipsychotic, as it can reduce chance of some of the side effects, and the 5ht2 antagonist=atypicality thing is most applicable to low levels of d2 antagonism where it enhances frontal DA. risperdal is one of the most selective and inexpensive ones. theres other drugs that might work synergystically with it, but a serotonin antagonist could lower eps risk.
