I have similar problems. I agree the Lexapro is probably the med affecting you the most. Many herbal/supplement remedies can help: yohimbe/yohimbine, DHEA, Muira Puama & even Salvia Divinorum (caution: very effective, but weird side effects!).
These are all available on the internet & some in health stores, but their availability & legality varies a lot from country to country. I am fortunate in my GP, who has made a specialty of regimes for sexual dysfunction of all sorts.
