Have you spoken to your psychdoctor or therapist before or after this experience. I really admire that you took a chance. The (grog monster) beer whatever as a young person helped me in those formative years just a little ..till it became a crutch of sorts. This not a joke when i did a runner i found out that i could really run. So took up that and later cycling , did a lot to build self esteem. If one feels fit..the normal working drugs in chosen sport whatever do more good then harm. Young woman admire individuals that look after their health. Food for thought. Keep doing the best you can. The runner has to be experienced to be believed. paddo
