Hi,
Welcome to Psychobabble,
I'm sorry that you're going through such a rough time. It sounds like you could use some support during this period. A lot of what you describe sounds like an episode of Major Depression. It is very very scary, especially if this is your first time experiencing a psychiatric condition.

I think you should consult with your primary care physician (GP) and also get a referral to see a psychiatrist. There are therapies and medications that can get you through this rough patch.

I don't know much about accutane, so that's something you need to talk about with a doctor. You're not the first person to have these thoughts, and you should't feel ashamed of them.

If you've never had these symptoms before Accutane, then there is a good chance that you will be able to lead a normal, good life, once you get things under control. The sooner you get treatment, the sooner you'll be able to return to your life at school (are there counselling resources at your school--? Take advantage of them!)

Let us know how things go

-Ll
