Just from posts some find it activating. So I'd start at a low dose during the day maybe 2.5mg and see how it feels. What dose does your pdoc want you to try. Good luck with what both of you decide as it's a decision that both you and your pdoc should arrive at together. Let us know how it goes. Phillipa
