Hi Tomatheus.
The reason I decided to not include "neutral but intolerable" is because those drugs would be excluded from consideration. The three lists are all about trying to choose drug combinations. I'm sure that knowing the pharmacodynamics of the intolerable drugs might provide some relevant data, but it might be difficult to interpret.
I noticed you haven't yet tried a tricylic. Are you bipolar? Have you ever been manic? What about Lamictal? Wellbutrin + Lamictal is a combination my doctor favors, even for unipolar depression.
