Emsam is the odd one out of the bunch, so if Parnate and Nardil worked for you, Marplan would be the closest thing. It's particularly close in nature to Nardil, and they're both probably slightly more effective, and much cheaper, than EMSAM. However, Marplan might cause liver damage in the long term, so you would probably want to get blood tests every month or two to check on your liver. The MAOi diet/blood-pressure crisis phenomenon is also much more likely to happen with Marplan than with EMSAM (though Parnate is by far the worst on that score, and you've already taken that).
EMSAM, like Parnate, is sometimes thought to be more of an 'upper' than Marplan and Nardil. It's also safer (for blood-pressure and liver), more expensive, and involves wearing a patch on your skin. And possibly less powerful. But everything works a little differently for each person -nothing can be predicted with certainty. Ya just gotta try them out to see.
Best of luck!
