When I was on Cymbalta (and I can't remember the dosage), it seemed to help. It certainly didn't make me worse. How long have you been on it? I quit taking it because it didn't help enough and I was looking around for something that would do more for my severe dysthymia. It didn't seem to help much with that.

One thing it did do was completely take away any tendency to insomnia. I had been having some problems and when I started Cymbalta, the insomnia disappeared.

Is it helping you at all?

Marsha
