Short-term use of Zyprexa and weight gain

Hi everyone, brand new here. Bipolar-I, first time taking meds. I've been on Lithium for 6 weeks now and they've been remarkably side effect-free. However, about a month into it, I experience pretty intense mania. My doctor immediately rxed Zyprexa, but I didn't take it right away, things got worse, etc. etc. I ended up starting it and have been on it for 10 days. I'm wondering if weight gain is common with very short term use (I'll be off of it in about a week). Anyone btdt? Thanks!
