I am weird in that I can get by on smaller than normal doses. 25mg of Seroquel doesn't seem to help. Are you sure it is the Seroquel causing the muscle tension? 50mg is quite a small dose. I also take 50mg for sleep and notice no side effects whatsoever, except maybe a bit of morning hangover.
There are lot's of other meds for sleep that you could try: Remeron, trazodone, doxepin, amytryptilline, nortryptilline, etc. Remeron expecially in low doses like 7.5mg to 15mg seems to knock most people out pretty well. None of these are traditional SSRIs so they shouldn't cause the urinary problems you experience on SSRIs.
