Clomipramine would probably be very good for the aggitation. Good AD too. Different to all other tricyclics, its more like a powerfull SSRI than a typical TCA, though it does still inhibit reuptake of norepinephrine too, but to a lesser extent than serotonin. Very good for OCD which involves much aggitation. Even small doses can be beneficial.
Phillipa, do you think you may have some mild OCD symptoms?
