In reply to Venlafaxine, I think I am coming off, posted by linkadge on November 13, 2007, at 19:51:52
Hi Link,
I remember that venlafaxine helped somewhat with my depression. But it also raised my BP to an unacceptable level. I tried adding pindolol to it, to lower the BP and augment the antidepressant effect; didn't seem to work to well.I currently take 90mg of Nardil, which controls my depression and social anxiety disorder; plus it lowers my borderline high blood pressure. I don't have to take another BP med, everyone else in my family does.
Take care,
Jedi
