No I haven't tried either Ketamine or Riluzole.
I guess I wouldn't want to try Ketamine unless it was part of a controlled trial, where I was being monitored, due to the possible side affects. Also the trouble with this trial is that you get one shot and then that's it but the promising thing I read about one study is that it seemed to help other ADs to work.
The Riluzole I would try but then that hasn't been that promising from what I've read and doesn't tarket the same NMDA receptor spots. But I guess I would try it.
Have you tried either drug?
Are you in the States, maybe you could get on a trial they seem to be recruiting people according to the clinicaltrials.gov site.
You are lucky if you are in the States as there they seem to be plouging a lot more money into research than they are here in the UK.
