Who knows. Far too early to predict anything. None of the subjects with this antidepressant response dropped out of the study. We don't know if this effect is specific to citalopram, generalizable to other SSRIs, or even other classes of antidepressants. Incidence of suicidal induction is roughly the same for all antidepressants, despite the focus on the SSRIs.
