need help asap

pop in from time to time but tonight I am really messed up. I am bipolar II and mostly suffering right now from a very downward and irritable swing and cannot seem to get myself out of it. I am feeliing vaguely suicidal, my husband is asleep in the other room and I just do not know what to do but i am tempted. So much to live for and it all seems worthless right now.
