Hi, welcome

I have never taken Zyprexa, so I can not make the comparison. But I can tell you that I have taken Lithium for awhile and have not notcied any cognitive dulling while taking it. In fact I am sharper on it most of the time, b/c the type of depression I have makes me very tired and my mind sluggish, so if the depression is alleviated I think alot better. I have also not had a problem with the other side effects some other have while taking Lithium. That being said, all people are unique and alot of people don't like the side effects.
