Emsam and female hormones

20 days 6mg Emsam
10 days 9mg
Feeling really DOWN and tearful (for no reason). I started spotting yesterday a week early. I'm wondering (and hoping) that its PMS from Emsam messing up my hormone cycle - hopefully temporarily. Anyone else had something similar? Or any thoughts?
My sanity has been struggling the whole time on Emsam, but I'm feeling like this has more of a sadness to it. I'm still hoping it will kick in any day now.
