My pdoc has me on Trazodone for sleep which works 'okay' periodically. Sometimes i use benadryl, but it makes me tired the next day. Any suggestions?

Currently I'm taking a small dose(25mg) of Seroquel for the med induced insomnia. Seems like a little overkill using an atypical antipsychotic for sleep, but it works. Like you, I've built up a tolerance to the somnolence effect of benzodiazapines. Clonazepam still helps with my social and generalized anxiety. I've used benadryl, trazodone, ambien, etc. The Seroquel works the best for me, it's nice to be able to sleep again. Hope it holds up as I titrate up on the Parnate.
Take care,
