As noted by others, I believe that I've read that stimulants would worsen psychosis... and I think is supposed to be quite dangerous.

One thought might be abilify, which is both a partial agonist and an antagonist for Dopamine receptors...

Or possibly amisulpride/sulpride which are used at lower doses for the negative symptoms, and higher doses for the positive symptoms of psychosis...

However, this is pure speculation on my part, and I'm not a doctor...
