How can U tell a Manic from a Tweaker?

Do U both have messy cars?
(I'm so sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings, but really ... I can't tell.)
My Rainydayman is an ex-tweaker and a manic. He's on manic meds. I can't tell if he's tweaking or having a manic day. He's talkin' and movin' fast. He's so handsome. He's soooo ... whoops can't say that here.
Anyway, I know two tweakers and both have messy cars. One is a manic. One isn't. I'm tryin' to figure out who's tweaking and who's not.
Oh, and I'm gonna' make some fresh coffee. Yesterday's coffee is making me feel like a day old donut!
