Interesting and novel info on DA in depression

Posted by Questionmark on September 24, 2006, at 18:38:46

(..novel to me anyway).

www.webmd.com/content/article/109/109242.htm

I don't really understand the specific implications of these findings at all, so help me out. But some of it seems to suggest that certain dopamine receptors may actually be involved in *increased* depression when activated, which is not only fascinating but actually and interestingly make a lot of sense to me, given my experience with Parnate and several dopamine agonists (& amantadine).
