Have you tried ambien?

I wake up several times during the night, and I've finally decided that-- I'll just take half an ambien or, at the end of the night, sonata (which has a very short halflife)-- and be done with it.

Works for me-- most of the time.

I find ambien more effective than xanax or valium-- or lorazepam-- although I often use a little xanax with the ambien to get to sleep the first time.
