Keep in mind there are also articles that A claim caffiene to be Nueroprotective, meaning good for your brain.
B Just read studies on fasted students who were then given caffiene and they all did better on cognitive,<thought invovling> tasks such as simple multiple choice questions and such.
C Caffiene users are believed to show a much ower risk of devolping parkinson disease due to caffiene nuroprotective effect on dopamine.
This is exactly why i dont believe when a person see a article posted whtehr its here or anywhere else they should jump on a wagon, some people including DR.S will attatch there name to anything to publish it,before u freak out do a counter search, its almost amazing the fact that you can actualy find anything u keyword on google in some form, the best thing is to take in as much as u can that u consider reliable, and mostly over anything USER info, and decide with that.I consider user info like on remedy find to be the most precious as its just simple people telling there story with no ageneda. As for the test,i believe you can get tested for caffiene allergy, without insurance im guessing it would be a pretty penny, but i know people with migraines usualy get it tested since caffiene although used to treat headaches can also be the cause, see the sea saw effect here, the internet is just so huge and vast you really have to hold back your anxiety when reading something.
