Yea, I would say they are pretty equal when it comes to combatting social phobia. I also question the validity of this article...I have a friend who did great on Nardil for 25yrs, and only quit because of "poop-out". Nardil gets more credit for being "better" for S.P., but I believe Parnate is just as effective. For some people Parnate is better and vice versa.
