so far, I still need almost as much Klonopin as I did before and I am grinding it out with the anxiety. i.e. I'm taking less Klonopin but it shows. I'm bumping up to 200 mg of Seroquel tonight. I just can't tolerate the anxiety and I hate feeling like crap every day and needing that Klonopin to get me through. I'm really hoping to get to a nighttime dose of something that will keep me through the next day.

I take 4mg Klonopin or even 8mg per day (depending on how many places I'm finding myself having to go to or how many people I'll have to be interacting with....big time social anxiety). But I try to stay with 4mg in the afternoon and 2mg in the evening, when the world is beginning to slow down and there's not much chance of having to converse with people. Not always the case, though. Sometimes the body just decides it wants to be anxious all on its own, regardless of your thoughts.

It would be absolutely fantastic to be able to cut down on the Klonopin and then have it available for times when I am really in dire need of it!!
