I'd like to know more too because this happens to me daily, both the blobs which are usually black and vanish as soon as you look in their general direction and the phone thing is driving me nuts!!!!! I'm constantly pulling it out to answer it and it not ringing and the are no messages waiting either, what the hell is up with that. Alot of the time I can hear my ringtone going off too while it's sitting on the table and it's not ringing. I have to laugh though because we have very big spiders here (Australia) and when I see something out of the coner of my eye it's always the first thing I think of. Paul.
