Most users see that the jumpiness/agitation dissipates fairly quickly as you titrate onto the drug. I'd give it 1-2 weeks and you'll probably notice the side effect gradually decrease. However, every time you increase the dose, you might have a similar, but transient period of adjustment.
A small minority, however, report that it was still bothersome even after a few weeks. In this case, a strategy that was recommended was to spread the dose out throughout the day. For instance, if you're only taking 75mg twice daily (150 mg per day)...then you might consider dosing 50mg three times daily. If you're dosing three times already, try to spread the dose by four instead. The whole idea being that, given the short half-life of nefazodone, the more frequent the dose, the more the parent compound can counteract the adverse effects of the metabolite. You probably won't need to try this strategy unless you're still not adjusting after a few weeks.
