I don't think they know any better. My doc did the same thing. I guess he was thinking that that was the same time I took the previous med. I didn't work out so I stoped taking it. Later I tried it in the morning against docs orders, and it worked out much better. I told him I was taking it in the morning and he said ok if that works better. If I were you I would ignore docs orders and take it in the morning. The med will wake you up and if its night time you won't sleep.
