I've read a lot about NMDA antagonists(memantine, amantadine) preventing tolerance to amphetamines. I've also seen a lot of people here suggest it to others but haven't seen any who actually did it. Has anyone here actually taken adderral or dexedrine with it and prevented tolerance? I am treatment-resistant, nothing works, or barely works, and if it does, it don't work for long. I would like to try one of these drugs with memantine if it really works. Who knows, if I'm lucky it might actually help my depression.
