Most people who try the other 3 drugs you mentioned do not get very much relief. I would recommend that you stick to prescription drugs since they are definitely more effective, and also probably safer.
I think that you might be able to stay on 10 mg for a while. But don't hesitate to increase it to 20 mg if needed in the future.
If 20 mg doesn't work out, consider increasing the Celexa and/or adding an ADD drug such as Ritalin or Adderall since you have ADD issues.
